Over three unhurried days we gather your favorite people for a Kentucky celebration built entirely around your group, a warm welcome the first night, a bourbon-country day everyone enjoys together, and one signature celebration we plan quietly around the guest of honor. Every reservation, transfer, and surprise is handled in advance, so you get to simply be present with the people you love.

Day 1: Gather & Welcome
- Private transfers and check-in at your group home base, so everyone lands easy and settles in together.
- A welcome social with a guided tasting, then a relaxed group dinner in Louisville's NuLu district.
We open easy, a welcome pour and a great table, so the whole group lands, hugs it out, and settles in before the celebration builds.
Day 2: Bourbon Country Together
- A late start and a hearty Southern breakfast before we head out.
- A guided distillery day at an easy pace, tastings, barrel thieving, and lunch among the rickhouses.
- Dinner reserved for the group, then time to wander or gather back at the house.
The middle day is built for the whole group, not just the bourbon buffs, an approachable, beautiful day in bourbon country that lands for everyone.
Day 3: The Celebration & Send-Off
- A signature group experience chosen for your occasion, a horse-farm afternoon, a bourbon dinner train, or a private river cruise.
- The celebration dinner, a private room, a toast to the guest of honor, and a cake or surprise we arrange quietly in advance.
- A farewell brunch the next morning and an easy, coordinated send-off.
