Condé Nast named this one of the top 10 parties in the world, and once you're there, you'll see why. It's a formal, red carpet evening at Patricia Barnstable Brown's own home, and you'll be rubbing elbows with stars, singers, athletes, and racing fans who flew in from every corner of the globe. There's live music, dancing, and no shortage of good food and drink. Transportation is available too, priced separately below since our vehicles seat up to 4. What is the difference between Win, Place, and Show hotel tiers?
Win, Place, and Show are the three hotel tiers for Kentucky Derby packages. Win is the premier tier, staying at Hotel Distil or Hotel Bourré Bonne. Place is the elevated tier, staying at the Downtown Marriott or Hyatt Regency. Show is the classic tier, staying at Tempo by Hilton or The Seelbach.
How much does a Kentucky Derby package cost?
Kentucky Derby packages range from about $4,795 to $15,694 per person, based on double occupancy. Price depends on your seating tier at Churchill Downs, from 1st Floor Clubhouse up to Turf Club and Homestretch Club Terrace, and your hotel tier, Win, Place, or Show.

Yes.
