Kentucky Concierge, Answered
Louisville Guest Services plans and runs your entire Kentucky trip: private distillery tastings, horse farm visits, dining reservations, event tickets, lodging and chauffeured transportation. You tell us what you love and we handle every booking and the timing between them.
Trip planning is a flat $150 fee that includes two rounds of revisions. The experiences themselves — tastings, dining, tickets and transport — are priced by what you choose, and we build a working estimate with you before anything is booked.
We plan statewide: the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, horse country and Keeneland in Lexington, golf, the Red River Gorge and Mammoth Cave, with the scenic drives and private transportation handled for you.
Yes. Our local relationships open private barrel picks, behind-the-scenes distillery experiences and tables that aren't available to the general public.
